Jennifer enjoys taking the time to understand what it is that you need out of our sessions, so that you will gain the most from the therapy you receive.
Jennifer's studies were completed at Wayne State University.
Throughout the years, Jennifer's work experience has included outpatient clinical work, joint commission, community outreach, residential treatment, and community mental health.
Jennifer explores ways of incorporating innovative strategies in sessions to help you feel engaged and excited about your therapy sessions.
When working with children and adolescents, Jennifer uses games, arts and crafts and other interactive ways to engage.
Therapeutic interventions that I specialize in include CBT, DBT, REBT, Behavior Plans, Love and Logic, Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal and Family Therapy.
