Initial Session
Initial sessions are 60 minutes.
Sessions proceeding
All sessions are 45-60 minutes.
Family Sessions
Family sessions including more than two members are 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Teletherapy
Teletherapy sessions are conducted the same as face-to-face but are held through a HIPPA compliant, video platform. You can use a computer, tablet, or phone to login and participate.
